About me:

Well as you might already figured out by now, my name is Thord Klarström, Born and raised in a small village 15 min outside Arvika along with one brother and one sister. Somewhere around 1985 my life changed forever when i got hold of a casette vith Judas Priest's Defenders of the faith on one side and DIOs The Last in line on the other. At the time i had never heard anything like that and was immediately blown away with the raw power of the music. A few years later around 1986 i strted messing around with a guitar my dad brought home from a local auction but it wasn't until the early 90s that i really became passionate about playing the guitar, During the 90's i explored just about any kind of metal imaginable but at the start of the new millennium i went back to my first found love Heavy Metal. After playing in a couple of local bands i formed the band Gallows End in 2007, first as a sort of a solo project but i realized pretty soon that working in a band environment is much more rewarding, at this point i also started singing, more out of necessity than wanting to do it but i guess it turned out pretty good in the end. Gallows End released the debut album Nemesis Divine in June 25th 2010 and to use a classic cliché the rest is history isn't it?
